Cameron
Rush is a beautiful medium silver grey
male with barely a spot on him anywhere. He weighed 21 lb 12 oz at birth,
is healthy and full of energy, and has bone like an ox. At 10 months old he had
over 5 inches of fiber growth, and he was shorn to
the skin when he was a week old! Cameron has tremendous coverage, proud presence and
is virtually spotless. His bloodlines combine the best of the east with
the best of the west - Danko, Peruvian Luciano, Request the Best &
Silverado. With his fine
and very long-stapled,
soft-handled, uniform grey fiber, excellent bone structure and coverage,
perfect bite and remarkable presence, Cameron has "herdsire"
stamped all over him!
His sire, our Champion grey Ben MacDhui, is a consistent producer
of quality, colored progeny - his offspring that have been shown have
won first, second or third place ribbons at Level III AOBA-certified shows
or above. Ishbel, Cameron's dam, has tremendous presence and the most
beautiful fine, soft-handled dark silver grey fiber, with amazing staple
length. This
multiple award-winning female also boasts heavy bone, awesome coverage, compact, typey conformation and a
perfect bite. Ish comes from many generations of fine blacks and greys on
both sides of her pedigree. At her 5th shearing as a breeding dam, she
produced over 5 inches of fine, soft-handled fiber, suitable for making
into high quality yarn. This is one junior herdsire prospect
you really should not pass up if you are interested in blacks and greys
that produce quality fiber over the long term. Sold!
